Sample Deliveries:

Samples are Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable. All samples are delivered using Royal Mail. While we do not take responsibility if the samples are lost or damaged, if you provide us with proof of damaged items, we can send you a replacement. 

Please note that samples are intended solely for color matching and should not be used for resale or product creation. If we find that samples are used for commercial purposes, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Samples from different brands may be delivered separately. If we do not have a sample in stock, it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

There is a limit of 10 samples per customer. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that exceed this limit.
If you require more than 10 samples, your order will need to be processed manually, and a charge of £5 per additional sample will apply.
This £5 charge can be credited towards your final purchase of the actual product.

Sample Delivery Notification:

If you do not receive your samples within 7 working days, please contact us immediately by emailing info@studio198.com. We will promptly assist you and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Important

It is essential that you get in touch with us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, after this period, we may not be able to provide assistance or replacement.
