Walthamstow draws inspiration from a historic artwork held at The Huntington, celebrating the legacy of William Morris. The design features stylised honeysuckles from the original graphite-sketched border, interwoven with daisies and acanthus leaves in a striking 19th-century-inspired repeat pattern. A delicate checkboard border frames the composition. Each piece is flat-bed screen printed in our UK factory using traditional craft techniques that honour time-honoured methods. This process allows rich ink penetration into natural fibres, creating authentic surface marks and deep, artisanal colour that brings genuine character to the fabric.
